Graduation Requirements

Notre Dame High School provides a rigorous college preparatory curriculum.

The required courses are in alignment with the college entrance requirements for the U.C. and C.S.U. systems. Along with the required coursework, which include honors level and AP courses, students may choose from an extensive list of elective courses.

Notre Dame High School requires 240 completed units for graduation. Students earn ten units for a year long course and five units for a semester course. The required units are:

Physical Education	10 units for Class of 2014 15 units for Class of 2015 and beyond
Biology	10 units
Earth Science or Chemistry	10 units
Applied Technology	5 units
Visual/Performing Art	10 units
Electives	20-25 units
