Reading and Science tests that are found in the Explore test.

Admissions Application, Procedures & Dates

Applications are not complete until all of the following information is received. An application is available on the school website or in the school’s main office.

 

Complete Application for Admission

Please complete and return the Application, Student Statement and a $100.00 (if postmarked by December 3, 2012) or $125.00 (if postmarked December 4, 2012 or later)
non-refundable application fee.

 

Take the High School Placement Test (ACT Explore)

The Admissions Office must receive the Application, Student Statement and the fee to register for a test date.

Contact the Admissions Office at 831-751-1850 ext. 221 for scheduled dates.

The cost of the test is included in the application fee. Students should arrive by 8:15 a.m. on their scheduled test date, with the test beginning promptly at 8:30 a.m.

 

Submit Teacher-Principal Evaluation Forms/Transcript Request

Evaluations and Transcript Request Forms are to be completed by the applicant’s current teachers and school Administration. These are due by January 7, 2013 for early applicants and by February 3, 2013 for standard applicants. These forms can be obtained online or found in the Admissions Packet.  

 

Submit Financial Aid Requests

Financial Aid is available on an individual need basis. Private School Aid Services
provides a comprehensive service which handles all aspects of the financial aid

application and verification. An application can be obtained online at https://www.psas.org/index.aspx. Deadline to apply is April 16, 2013.

 

The Notre Dame High School Code for Private School Aid Services (PSAS) is 1051.

 

Letters of Acceptance

Applicants who test on December 8, 2012 will receive notification of early acceptance by the second week of February. Applicants who test after this date will receive notification by mid-March.

 

Registration Packets will be mailed to accepted students by the end of March. Included in the packets is the Parent Orientation date.

 

 

Leadership Scholarship for Incoming 9th Graders for the 2013-2014 School Year

 

A St. Julie Billiart Leadership Scholarship is $1,000 and renewable each year, if a student maintains a 3.0 GPA and continues to exhibit strong leadership on campus.
