Thank you for taking the time to visit the Notre Dame High School website. Our school has been empowering women, both within the school’s walls and beyond, since 1964.
At Notre Dame every class leader is a girl. All the speakers, writers, singers, athletes, and actors are girls. Notre Dame provides an outstanding academic program complemented by excellent co-curricular activities including sports, clubs, student government and campus ministry.
Leadership skills are fostered in each young woman through small class sizes and interactions with exceptional faculty and staff. At the same time, the atmosphere is sure to remind students of a “home away from home,” with our Principal Mr. Andy Bedell greeting the students most mornings.
The spirit of St. Julie Billiart is incorporated into the daily lives of the students. Prayer experiences, liturgies, retreats, and yearly community service projects all work to enrich the ladies’ faith journeys, making for well-rounded individuals.
The best way to experience the spirit of the Notre Dame community is to visit our campus. We highly encourage current eighth grade students to attend our “Shadow-a-Spirit Day” so they can learn more about the unique opportunities that Notre Dame has to offer. During their visit, they will attend classes and meet our students and faculty. They will also be treated to lunch at our on-campus café. Open House on Sunday, November 4, 2012 also gives families an opportunity to meet our students, faculty and staff.
If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to meeting future Notre Dame Spirits!
